Clear rules for using FootageFlow, buying licenses, and receiving support.
1. Product & license
FootageFlow is a downloadable desktop application for macOS and Windows. When you purchase a Pro or Enterprise license you receive a non-transferable, non-exclusive right to install and use FootageFlow for professional work according to the seats you buy.
2. Acceptable use
You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense FootageFlow, reverse-engineer the software, or use it to infringe intellectual property rights. You are responsible for keeping your license keys secure.
3. Payment & delivery
Payments are processed securely via Paddle. After successful payment, your license key and download links are delivered by email immediately. Prices are shown inclusive of applicable taxes where required.
4. Updates & support
Pro licenses include lifetime updates for the purchased major version and priority email support. Enterprise customers receive onboarding and a dedicated contact channel as agreed in their order.
5. Refunds
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on Pro and Enterprise licenses. If FootageFlow does not work as advertised for your workflow, contact support@footageflow.app within 14 days of purchase. Details are outlined in our Refund Policy.
6. Data & privacy
FootageFlow processes video metadata locally and does not upload footage. Website analytics and purchase processing are described in our Privacy Policy. By using FootageFlow you agree to that policy.
7. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FootageFlow is provided “as is.” We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your license.
