We stand behind FootageFlow with a straightforward 14-day money-back guarantee for digital licenses.

How refunds work

  1. Email support@footageflow.app with your order email, receipt, and reason for the refund.
  2. Uninstall the license on your machines and stop using the key.
  3. We confirm eligibility and process the refund via Paddle to your original payment method.

Eligible for a refund

  • Purchase made within the last 14 days.
  • Product does not work as advertised for your workflow and you have allowed us to troubleshoot.
  • The license key has not been shared or resold.

Not eligible

  • Refund requests after 14 days from purchase.
  • Abuse, reselling, or fraudulent activity.
  • Requests unrelated to product functionality (e.g., change of mind after extended use).
