How refunds work
- Email support@footageflow.app with your order email, receipt, and reason for the refund.
- Uninstall the license on your machines and stop using the key.
- We confirm eligibility and process the refund via Paddle to your original payment method.
Eligible for a refund
- Purchase made within the last 14 days.
- Product does not work as advertised for your workflow and you have allowed us to troubleshoot.
- The license key has not been shared or resold.
Not eligible
- Refund requests after 14 days from purchase.
- Abuse, reselling, or fraudulent activity.
- Requests unrelated to product functionality (e.g., change of mind after extended use).
